These instructions should work for most versions of Outlook. The screen shot may look slightly different than your version of Outlook but the setting will be the same.

Go to your account settings:
1. Select Manually Configure server settings or additional server types
or
if you already had this email set up but want to check the settings, then double click the email in the account settings to check them.

2. Select Internet E-mail

3. Fill in your email information as you see below. Incoming and Outgoing server is mail.yourdomain.com

4. Click on More Settings

5. This is important! Make sure “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” is checked. Then click OK.

6. Now click next.

7. Click Finish.
